LogicLeap LLC respects your right to control your personal information. You may request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time, including information received when you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) messaging.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to info@logicleap.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The name you used when contacting us.
• The channel and identifier you used (e.g., the email address, WhatsApp phone number, or Meta profile name).
• A brief note confirming that you are requesting deletion of your data.

What Happens Next

• We will confirm receipt of your request.
• We will verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.
• We will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
• We will notify you once the deletion has been completed.

Data From WhatsApp & Meta Platforms

If you contacted us through WhatsApp or Meta platforms, we will delete the message content and contact details we hold. Please note that data held by Meta Platforms, Inc. within your own account is governed by Meta's policies; you can manage or delete that data directly through your Meta or WhatsApp account settings.
